Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the professional engagement and use of software architecture, custom development, and technology consulting services explicitly provided by OMNIT Solutions. By initiating a formal contract or utilizing our deployment parameters, you actively agree to the strict conditions outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

OMNIT Solutions agrees to deliver specific IT and engineering deliverables precisely as charted in your corresponding Statement of Work (SOW). Any deviation or expansion of this scope requires formal documentation addressing altered execution timelines and capital expenditures.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless overriding stipulations exist in your specialized Master Services Agreement (MSA), you shall maintain full ownership of all custom source code, databases, and structural assets explicitly developed and remitted under your initiative upon receipt of final financial compensation.

3. Warranties & SLA

We construct software executing to modern resiliency standards. We warrant that delivered architectures will operate consistently against previously documented benchmarks. However, unless covered by a proactive Service Level Agreement (SLA), unexpected degradations induced by 3rd-party vendor modifications remain outside our immediate liability.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OMNIT Solutions, nor its engineers or directors, be held legally answerable for speculative damages, including unpredicted revenue cessation or intrinsic data losses directly stemming from the misapplication or unauthorized external modification of our deployed systems.

5. Governing Law

Disputes invoking these Terms shall be aggressively mediated under the prevailing corporate jurisdiction where OMNIT Solutions operates.
